Simply upload a new Excel file. The app will detect new stockists automatically and highlight them as 'Unassigned'.

All transaction data, mappings, and saved reports are stored inside your browser's local IndexedDB storage. No data is ever transmitted to a remote server.

Yes! Use the 'Export' button in the Stockist Registry to download a JSON file containing all your mapping assignments. You can import this file on another browser or device to restore your mappings.

To wipe all data, you can click the red delete icon in the Dashboard header (to clear sales logs) or navigate to the 'Privacy & Data' section to wipe mappings and settings.

How to Export Data

Follow these steps to download your sales report from the SAP Unnati Portal.

STEP 01 Select Month & Report

Open the SAP portal, navigate to Sales Reports, choose "Sales Report (FDN Incl.)", and input the desired Month Variant (e.g. 12.2025).

STEP 02 Execute Query

Click 'Execute' or 'OK' to run the report, generating the consolidated table of division codes, stockist distributions, SKUs, and month metrics.

STEP 03 Export to Excel HTML

Select 'Export to Excel' in the options toolbar. SAP exports this file as an HTML workbook. Keep the `.xls` extension unchanged, and upload it directly into this dashboard.

We do not transmit, store, or analyze your sensitive Excel files on any external servers. Your business data remains yours, and it never leaves your control. The application runs in a sandbox environment to ensure maximum security.

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your data to outside parties. By using this app, you consent to our processing of data locally on your device for the sole purpose of generating reports and managing your business insights.

⚙️ User Control

You retain full ownership of all data imported into the application. You can clear your workspace data at any time using the 'Delete' option in the dashboard. Uninstalling the application or clearing browser cookies will also remove all locally stored preferences and cached reports.
